Let’s heal together

It’s been a devastating week and I hope you are doing ok. I’m sharing a few things that have been helping me cope, I hope they help you too.

1. Ho’oponomo mantra: There are many things I don’t know about navigating this human experience, but what I do know is that we are all connected spiritually. The shooting at Robb Elementary school has made me feel helpless. Yes, I can vote for better leaders. Yes, I can support mental awareness and gun control but how can I hug these mothers? This Hawaiian mantra makes me feel connected to them, it reminds me that we are all one. If you’re not familiar with Ho’oponomo, Dr. Joe Pitale explains it better here. 2. Sabrosura Playlist: Music is so healing for me, it’s my favorite companion. This playlist is full of Latin songs that will make you want to dance despacito (Slowly). Made with love for you. Listen here.


3. Photos in water: Photographing in water is one of my favorite things to do. Whenever I get the chance to do it, I see shift in my mood and my muse. We’re instantly feel more relaxed and playful. I’s the power of Pachamama! Here are some of my favorite photos in water.
